Comfortable and perfect location in the area close to the beds with views of the mountains. Also - close enough to good restaurant & bar with patio, the public areas, and the Lake and downtown.

We've enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn and especially its close location to the shopping centers. Clean, modern and peaceful place. Very good variety of food for the complimentary breakfast.

great base for exploring parks and local museums easily

I really appreciated the ample food choices nearby, along with the excellent complimentary breakfast options that kept me fueled for my day of exploring. Plus, the comfortable beds made it easy to rest up after long walks through local landmarks like the Plattsburgh Air Force Base Museum and the beautiful Champlain Centre just a short stroll away. The hotel is well-suited for single travelers like me who appreciate a clean and contemporary environment to relax after a day of adventure, but I did notice the pool could become crowded with non-guests at times.

Fresh breakfast with free wifi and a nice ambiance, for instance, comfortable location. The pool area is lovely too.

The room is fabulous, roomy and well appointed. The washroom and shower stall especially comfortable, the linen is of superior quality and the matress absolutely perfect. It will become our home base whenever we are in Plattsburgh.

great choice for trip. clean hotel with pleasant and exceptionally kind staff at the reception desk. location next to restaurants and great mountains to hike and the lake. new-fashioned and spotless rooms with the bathtub as well as super comfortable beds.

Good base for discovering Plattsburgh with highly professional staff at the reception desk. King room with ample space, a fridge, fresh towels.

The room was spacious, and breakfast had some great options like smoothies. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Champlain and checking out the Plattsburgh Dock. Definitely a solid spot as a base for any adventures.

The bathroom wasn't quite as modern as I'd hoped, particularly with the shower in the bathtub.

The Gym

From 10 am - 11am the house keeper kept knocking on the door 5 times in total to clean our room even though we had a do not disturb sign outside, she was also rude. Then front desk started to call. It was a Monday morning and the hotel was empty.

The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, which greatly aided my work needs. The breakfast offered an excellent variety, including fresh fruit, Chobani yogurts, and smoothies that were a step above typical options.

The bathroom setup was not as modern as I'd hoped.

The cleanliness impressed me, and the breakfast offered a lovely variety. The pool water could have been warmer for better enjoyment. A good experience worth revisiting.

The pool area was relaxing with lounge chairs and tables. Perfect for hanging out with family. We felt at home.
